MASTRO'S STEAKHOUSE REVIEWS

It has been a go to spot over the years for birthdays, graduations, client events, etc...You know going in that it's going to be a bit of a splurge, however, for these one off occasions it can be justified. Just be aware that things can add up very quickly with everything being a la carte and especially when you throw in a drink or two. The food is usually consistently well executed, however, I have noticed a little bit of a decline over the years. Service is always top notch and you always feel well cared for. It's just that with the cost being what it is, there are other really good options to also consider these days. Just don't forget the Butter Cake at the end.

Marissa was fantasic. She remembered us from our previous visit and made us feel at home yet again. Marissa is unbelievably knowledgeable when it comes to knowing her specials. She will never steer you in the wrong direction! Additionally the valet service was fantastic! Parked my car right up from when I asked as a joke and made sure to get my girlfriends door for her making her feel special.

Excellent service, excellent food. I had the Tho one whilst my partner had a tomahawk. Each side was wonderful. From flavor to perfect cook. You cannot go wrong.

I would like to express my gratitude to the restaurant manager, Manny, for his professionalism and attentive attitude toward customers. He is always polite, responsive, and friendly, treating every guest with respect. Orders are taken and prepared quickly and accurately—everything is well-organized and seamless. It's clear that Manny is passionate about his work and truly in the right role. Thank you for the excellent service.

Super good food, I got the steak with Mac& cheese and roasted potatoes. The steak is super tender and flavorful. It was hard to just choose 2 sides because so many of them sounded delicious. Everything I got was great and Nelly and Manuel in the service area were awesome and friendly, and took great care of the guests. I'll be back! Great for families, lots of stuff on the menu for everyone.

The food is incredible. The service was outstanding. Manny and Cynthia’s were so helpful and insured we had everything we needed. We love making the drive to eat here because of the service and food quality.

What a terrific experience! Went to Treat parents and neighbors for early Father’s Day tonight at fogo de Chão, Thousand Oaks. From beginning to end, our level of service was fabulous. John started out, got our drinks and a very clear explanation of how the churasco experience works. From there our servers Jesse and Tyler were extremely attentive and made sure we had our drinks full and the Gauchos were spot on with all the epic and tasty meats. We all got full Churasco experience and I also tried the delicious picanha burger. Yum! Great food and desserts. Oh and Ingrid the manager was very helpful with making last minute reservation thank you. Everyone had the greatest attitude from beginning to end! Thanks so much guys we will be back soon.

For our first time here. This was a wonderful experience! Our server Dede did an amazing job of helping our table. When our table was waiting and hoping for specific choices of food she would let them know. She even helped us take a picture of our party. Christmas decorations were adorable and pretty also. Very lovely experience. Very full. Thank you! - Jenny, Chris, and family.

All 5 stars for us! My wife and I enjoyed a great night here with exceptional service & food! The dessert was awesome as well! We were assisted by Tyler, John, & Jayden. All three of them were great servers and had a lot of knowledge about the food and culture acumen about Fogo.
