Sue's Kitchen is among the few places in South Bay where you can get a decent Taiwanese / Chinese cuisine. This place serves the best authentic, cheap, and flavorful Chinese food. The price is pretty solid, and there is plenty of flavor in every bite. There are an interesting smorgasbord of cold dishes from pork ear, beef stomach, pig tongue, and intestines. The customers can taste the Boneless Fish Noodle Soups, Spicy Beef Pot Stickers, Wonton with Chicken Soup Streamed Beef with Dumplings & Szechuan Style Cold Noodles."
