Tin's Teapot Bistro

I came here on my way back home to LA on a crazy rainy trip and it was just what I needed. I wasn’t hungry, however I just wanted to have dim sum and the atmosphere was really cozy and welcoming. For a weekday lunch it was a good amount of people here. Everyone was smiling and laughing, the food was wayyy better than LA dim sum, you can’t even compare it. The staff was very sweet! I would have eaten more and looked at everyone’s dishes which looked and smelled delicious. 10/10 experience!! Parking: They have their own parking lot!

Their dim sum is great, especially the shrimp dishes. The prices are pretty decent compared to other bay area dim sum joints, except for the veggie dishes which are pretty overpriced ($19 for peasprouts is insane). The service is good too. We always got prompt tea refills.

If you're craving for Dim Sum for dinner, this is a great place for you. The restaurant serves Dim Sum all day! Can be really busy during peak hours so prepare to wait for 20-30 minutes to be seated. Food comes out fairly quickly. Currently open from Thursday through Sunday, closed Monday through Wednesday.
