Saint Augustine Church is one of the popular churches in Hartford. The church offers an already scheduled weekday or Sunday mass (including the Saturday Vigil) in thanksgiving, for the intentions of another person (such as on a birthday). The foundation of a basement chapel was committed by Bishop Tierney on February 22, 1903. They welcome you to their community of faith and pray that you will join them in being missionary disciples of their Lord Jesus Christ. Saint Augustine Church is a Catholic parish of the Archdiocese of Hartford that requires all employees and volunteers that have regular contact with children to complete the Virtus training program. They encourage any Non‐Mandated persons to report such incidents to the proper authorities as well.
