The whole process was very smooth. Tim walked the yard and reviewed the work to be done providing honest advice. The job was scheduled exactly in the time frame he indicated at the initial meeting. There was constant and accurate communication every step of the way. The crew showed up on time, reviewed the scope with me and got started right away. They were very skilled, surgically dismembering the top and finally dropping each tree right on the mark. They were extremely efficient and respectful of my property. Two days later they ground my stumps. That gentleman was very professional as well. I selected Monster because my sister in law was very happy with their work. When your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail. And if your only tool is a chainsaw, every tree looks like it has to come down. I called Monster because I had some trees I was hoping to NOT take down. Tim came out, gave an assessment of one that he confirmed looked safe. He treated two that looked sickly, and one that I didnt know had an issue. He was able to save several massive trees I didnt want to drop and now they are back to leafy and healthy. The four men were complete professionals! They were polite and went right to work. They cut the tree down and did a great a job cleaning up the area afterward. Andrew is a true expert in the field. He was helpful in recommending a native replacement tree that fit our preferences for size and beauty. They also regraded and seeded our lawn to complete the job. We have used them annually for tree and (large) hedge pruning as well; his team was attentive to our requests and made sure we were happy with the job and cleanup before leaving. They have the right equipment and skills to do a great job and with a very hometown and personal touch.

They gave us a better price than anyone else and helped us figure out how to make it work with our insurance. After doing a great job taking down the tree and preventing further damage to our shed, they took all the debris to the road and even pulled up the stump which was not included in the quote. They went so above and beyond and made our day much less stressful. They are honest, fast, and friendly and I highly recommend working with them.
