Vincent the owner has been working in the same location since 2003 and has always been very helpful with free estimate and great advice. My MSI gaming laptop had power issue, and he diagnosed it as BIOS being corrupted. He reinstall the BIOS and I was able to use the computer again.

My mother needed a quick fix on her laptop. Vince quickly had it back up and running and continued to help us get all the apps and and stuff running afterwards over the phone. Great service! Highly recommend, much better and cheaper then a chain like geek squad!!

I had a good experience with these folks, I spilled coffee on a laptop and though the laptop was toast, they were able to wipe the hard drive and get me a copy of it and charged what I thought was a fair price for doing it. Vince is very friendly and very easy to deal with.
