This is our second time using cityside appliance and we continue to be very happy with their service. Alex and Billy came out and did a great job servicing our washer, dryer and refrigerator. Though Fred was delayed in making his appointment time when he arrived he was so nice and the problem was diagnosed quickly and the repair done immediately. Will definitely call them again if we ever need another appliance repair. Very reasonable price as well.

Matthew came out to our house and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our washing machine. He was kind, efficient and professional. We will definitely be calling them again for any future appliance issues.

Derry Appliance got us scheduled quickly, send text reminders, called ahead of arriving and fixed our oven very fast. Fred is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Mr Appliance was very professional, courteous and prompt. Adam, the technician was great. After he had finished working on my oven and left, I called the office with question. He turned around and came back to my house. I didn't have to make another appointment. I was very pleased.

Bobby from Mr. Appliance did a great job on the washing machine, and taught me so much about that appliance. He was also on time, efficient and completely tidied up after himself. I will definitely use them again.

Very good .. communication from office and service technician was excellent. Kept me informed when he would be here. Fixed my dryer within 30 minutes and charges were reasonable.
