Pete, our tech was extremly nice and committed to doing the best job possible. He came out late at night and didn't leave until we felt safe knowing he would be back in the morning to finish the job. The mediation crew consisted of Marty and Matt and they were phenomenal in getting the affected damage removed in short order. I can't say enough about how well we were treated by the Rotor Rooter Team and would highly recommend them to everyone.
Technician was very professional, providing an excellent appearance upon arrival. He listened to my explanation of my problem and proceeded to identify the cause. He was very honest and provided a very fair quote and proceeded to expertly fix the problem. He cleaned up after himself leaving the space in better condition than he found it. Roto-Rooter is now my preferred Plumbing Company.
Tyler arrived right on time. It took less than five minutes to determine problem and about 15 minutes to resolve it. He was very informative and I was very pleased with the service.

I’ve been using Jim Trombly’s plumbing and heating service since 2013 and they have never let me down! They have replaced every furnace or water tanks in the 3 homes I’ve lived in, so I’ve used them a lot. This last time, I lost heat in half my home and Reggie was able to get a tech out that same day. It was determined I needed a new motor for my furnace but it had to be shipped from the Carolinas and they wanted to charge me $400 just for the overnight shipping of the motor. As it’s January we didn’t have much of a choice. Reggie told me they would be able to come out and install it once it arrived but unfortunately the shipping company “misplaced “ the motor and we had to wait another day. We finally got the motor, the plumber came right out, fixed it up and we only got charged for the motor- not any shipping. And partial charge for the first visit. Reggie was in constant contact with the parts company and with us. Another great experience! Proud to be a customer!
