I never write reviews. It's not my thing. I read them but maybe I'm too lazy, I'm making an exception this time because Eric one of the owners took a lot of time with me and showed a lot of patience, I'm 76 and computers are not my friends, I was lost and just googled a computer repair shop. As luck would have it I found one that was very close to my residence, I felt like I found that rare business. Somebody I can trust, someone who will give me a fair and honest evaluation of my problem and tell me the best solution. They've been in business for 8years and I think they understand the benefit of having loyal customers, Iam now one those loyal ones. I've just moved back to Stockton age being gone for some years. It takes time to find those business you know will never short change you. I've found one for all my tech problems. Thank God.

Very professional and experienced computer service. I dropped my pc off for a diagnostic and got results back the same day. Eric was very insightful and helpful for all the questions I had. Definitely will be recommending friends and family to computer pros LLC for any issues that may arise with their personal or business laptop/computers.
