I needed help fast with my laptop. Was able to find this shop. Roberto, was very responsive to my needs. Took his time explaining to me how, what and where to locate things if this happened again. I was totally satisfied with the service that was provided to me. I now have someone other than Best buy that can help me and not rush me.

The connectors on my hard drive have been damage and I could not use my hard drive anymore until I took it here to get it fixed. It has been 3 years since it happened. I have brought a new PCB board and I thought it wasn't working until the BIOS chip needs to be changed. All he did was changed the BIOS chip on to the new board, and then it worked. He saved my hard drive and my files. If you need to get your BIOS chip changed, this is the place you need to go to. The guy that runs the shop is super nice. My tablet was acting up and I thought I was going to have to replace it. He fixed up the screen in no time and now it's good as new. I'm definitely going to go back to him for any future repairs on any of my devices. I highly recommend this place????????
