We had ServiceMaster out on Saturday to clean 2 floors (over 20,000sq ft) of carpeting. They not only showed up on time but had enough workers and equipment to do both floors at the same time. Their work was Outstanding! The carpeting looks great and no complaints from anyone regarding the areas around their desks with anything moved or missing. All chairs were moved and put back into their respective place. I have been with our company for 15 years now and have had at least 3 other companies cleaning the carpets and we had nothing but complaints about them. ServiceMaster by far is the best company we have had doing work in our office area.

LeAndre and his team were fantastic. We got our carpets cleaned in our house as well as a rug. From the first walk through I felt that they listened to our concerns and let us know what was possible and what might not be possible (ex. marker stains that were old, really high traffic areas). On the day of the cleaning the team was kind and professional. I was shocked to see the marker stains come out fully in my child’s room, and the high traffic areas look so much better. I will definitely use their services again.

LeAndre and his team were prompt, cordial and always checked in to make sure we were good with the progress and results. I was very impressed by how they laid out expectations and did a walkthrough before and after the process as well as during the quoting process.
