We recently moved from Chicago to Memphis with Berger Allied, and the entire experience was outstanding. After communication issues with another company, Colleen and her team at Allied stepped in and completely turned things around. She was responsive, professional, and made the estimate process easy. Our moving coordinator Marie was fantastic—she walked us through everything, answered all our questions, and even gave us her personal number for the weekend of the move. On moving day, David and his crew (Brian, Freddy, Carl, and Jose) arrived on time, worked quickly but carefully, and treated our belongings like their own. They wrapped everything well, protected the house, and finished nearly two hours early. We’ve unpacked 95% and only had three broken bowls—amazing! Our driver, Dave, was a constant presence throughout the move, which we really appreciated. He kept in close contact and also shared his personal number so we could reach out anytime with questions or concerns. We were fortunate to have a direct delivery—loaded on Saturday in Chicago and delivered Monday morning in Memphis. His Memphis crew worked hard in the sweltering heat and got everything unloaded and set up smoothly.

She has single handedly made me feel safe and secure with moving my home belongings (some items irreplaceable) both times. Juan and the delivery team were fantastic. He was very communicative up front to understand exactly where to install our bed and then did the job quickly and with high quality. Would strongly recommend.

What an experience. We needed help moving a few pieces of furniture back into our house from a storage facility. First the movers, John and Cody, arrived on time. Always a good sign. Before I could blink the unit was empty and the truck loaded. They arrived at our house and asked where we wanted everything. Quickly unloaded the truck and placed everything exactly where we asked and offered to move the items to other rooms if necessary. No additional charge. Who does that? Well Patriotic Movers does. Patriotic Movers provided excellent service in moving our belongings from our third-floor apartment to our new house. We hired them primarily to move our heavy furniture and awkward items. John, Shawn, and Josh did a great job, and all our items were moved safely and damage-free. Patriotic Movers offered a lower rate than some competitors with high-quality results.
