Called first when needing to bring in my Chromebook for service. I explained the issue to the tech, I think his name was Tony, and after some discussion he suggested not getting it repaired but rather it might be better to buy a new one. It is refreshing to see integrity like that these days, with so many others only looking out for themselves and how they can make an easy buck. He understands if you treat people right, you will get so much more in return. This was my first time dealing with MTE as I usually repair my PCs myself, but I definitely will use them in the future.

Good honest company that goes above and beyond and not only does not overcharge, they try to find a better price for you and better options. Great people, had repairs done years ago on my computer and it’s still working great, excellent customer service as well
