My experience with ADT was superb! The District Installation Manager, Marlon Ansay, was efficient, professional and all that I could ask for. He followed up several times to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The installer, Cesar Torres, was Six Stars!. He was efficient in his work and hardworking. I don't think he stopped all day until my installation was complete. He was extremely helpful in explaining the system and did not leave until all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend to ask for Cesar to do their work.

My family and I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Isla. He went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. Peter took his time and did not rush through the installation process. He answered all of our questions clearly; And because my folks aren’t huge tech savvy individuals, Peter also returned to our home the same day, so that he could walk us all through the initial setup of the alarm system. Peter, thank you so much for all your hard work and patience. You were great!.

This was our first time purchasing a home security system. The alarm technician, Fred, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and showed us how to use the system, ensured our system was functioning properly and helped us set up the security apps on our phones also. I was pleasantly surprised that ADT offers ADT Go service also...will definitely come in handy. This was a smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you Fred for your expertise and hard work!.

I would highly recommend Intelliguard Security! I was in immediate need of a security system. Sarge was able to come out and get me an estimate on a new high-tech security system. The new system was installed in a couple of days, which gave my family peace of mind knowing our home was protected by a professional security company. The technician Joe Eagles was very professional. He kept me updated during the installation and made sure it was done right. They cleaned up any debris and showed me how the system worked. Sarge and his staff are outstanding. Thank you for the exceptional service!.

I had a Lorex security camera system installed by them, and they did an absolutely amazing job. The staff is very knowledgeable and strategically positioned the cameras to cover the entire house. They also did a really clean job setting up the cameras and hiding all the wires. The technician who came to install the system was very professional. I definitely recommend their services.
