Monster Computers

I had not been to Monster Computers in several years, but recently went when my laptop went down. I began utilizing their services when Rob, who was always cool, was there; but George did a good job. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. He gave me options on what I could do to resolve the issue, as well as up front prices for the services. They have been a staple and I hope they continue to provide quality customer service. Oh, and it always smells really good in there, and I like the monster motifs and appeal.

Went in to get some upgrades done on my laptop. The dude who helped me was very flexible and went out of his way to help me a step further than was necessary. He even took time to show me how to disassemble my laptop and taught me how to put a certain part in myself. After everything was said and done he cleaned the fans and gave my entire laptop a wipe down. Cool guy. Another amazing service. My daughter laptop for school stopped working. They knew exactly how to fix the issue and get her back online. They care about their clients as family. I 1000% recommend this place. I will definitely be taking my PS5 to them only ppl I trust.
