Cape Fear came through after another chimney sweep failed to show up. They were on time, cleaned the fireplace and chimney without disrupting the house. The other chimney sweep told me that because our fireplace has soot, that the chimney crown would need to be resealed. Very professional, on time, and kept me informed on the work that his associate and he were doing. Before working on my chimney he conducted a through inspection which included pictures inside and out an explanation of what he deemed necessary to bring my chimney up to 100 safe usage. He stated, his qualifications and years in the profession andthat I had the option of using another service but; I was satisfied to utilize his company.
