Top to bottom, top tier organization! Very transparent, willing to walk you through the whole process and take a lot of the burden off of the process. My liaison, Matt was great in communication through looking at my roof to talking with the inspector and insurance company. The project manager, Shane was very transparent and walked me through the whole process before he stepped foot on the property. Excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have used M&D on several occasions for our rental properties over the years. They do A+ work. The lead estimator, Rueben, is an extremely knowledgeable and professional person who gives fair and reasonable estimates in good time. The office manager, Patti, is always courteous and helpful with questions and has an ‘old friend’ demeanor, like someone who wants to just help you out. All the jobs have been completed in good time and accurately. I have two additional jobs they are working on for me now and I will share any new, pertinent information after those jobs are completed. M&D is a great Construction company if you need any kind of work done on your home or anything dealing with remodeling, no job to big or to small. Very professional people to work with, David I worked with was very since honest and professional. I have used M&D Three times now and he has been my POC for the company every time. All Three times I have used M&D for work on my home, it was done to outstanding standards and on time and done very professionally and quality work, with a very fare price for the work being done. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

We have had only good experiences with them. Great company! Roof, bathrooms and now our home addition. David, Harold, Federico and the crew are great. They are busy, so communication sometimes was slow but they always responded. Inspection department was the hasle, they work slow and have all these rules.Very happy with everything.
