I had a great experience with this business. They solved my issue on the spot in less than 15 minutes. Torin and his staff were very professional. As they were fixing my computer I observed their interactions with their other customers. I was impressed with their eagerness to understand their client’s computer issues and get them resolved. I have brought my computers from my businesses to many stores similar to these and none of them have impressed me the way PC laptops did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I took my laptop to PC Laptops in Murray because I lost my Wi Fi when we installed a new router. Torin Johnson was the employee who helped me get it back. He and others at the store were very professional and courteous in fixing the problem immediately and without charge. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

These guys are life savers man! I came in with a messed up flash drive and found out the os was corrupted and they got me out of there with a solution in a matter of minutes! They're really cool people to talk to, they know their stuff and they're QUICK with it.
