Amazing service. I had weird hours, dropping my computer off 40 minutes before the closing time. The technician had the issue diagnosed in 30 minutes time, as I was on my way home. They immediately let me turn around and pick it up, despite being massively after hours.
The technician even gave me tips on computer health and possible alternatives to my existing tech, refining my knowledge on certain faulty components, and nearly didn't take payment (I insisted).
