NRG Ballroom

We’ve been taking lessons here over 6 years now! We love it! There is such a variety of dance instruction offered and all the instructors are great. They offer many opportunities for all levels of dancers. The social/practice dances are really fun. Everyone is really friendly and encouraging.

I have been taking classes at NRG for 4 years now. I love this studio, the instructors are awesome. NRG has a great dancing community and it is one of the places that definitely enriched my life. Special thanks to wonderful instructor Brigette Thompson for her patience, empowerment and ability to hold space for all women.
