Went to my first pole dancing class and I LOVED IT. The class itself was fun and I enjoyed learning the basics of pole. Shaina also created a very supportive environment for everyone in the class, including myself. This was something out of my usual comfort zone but I never felt judged or out of place! Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new and exciting.
