Throughout the entire process, Kelly kept me informed and up to date on everything pertaining to my case. He was able to explain everything to me so that I was clear and understood. The receptionist was knowledgeable about the office and was able to answer any and all of my questions. If Kelly was unavailable she was able to answer my questions as well. The whole office operated in such sync that it was smooth process.
