"James Polack obtained his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and has practiced in trial and appellate courts for 30 years, handling cases before the Nebraska Court of Appeals, the Nebraska Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He represents clients in litigation, real estate transactions, probate, estate planning, debt collection, and related legal matters, and has assisted landlords with evictions, collection of rent and damages, and the formation of corporations and limited liability companies. His practice also covers title claims, boundary disputes, purchase agreements, commercial loan documents, intra-family loans, and claims involving fraud and misrepresentation. He works with title companies, process servers, surveyors, and other professionals to support case and transaction needs, and assists clients in evaluating legal risks and related business trade-offs from multiple perspectives.
