I recently moved to Louisville and had to find a cat sitter. I did my research and decided to go with Paws. I’m really glad I did. My sitter, Donna, was great. Before I left home she came to visit. My cat took to her immediately. While I was gone I got pictures each time she visited (twice a day), as well as messages letting me know how my cat was doing. With that kind if contact I was able to relax and enjoy my trip!

My review is for the Paws Pet Care for Southern Indiana and the downtown Louisville areas. I recently used Paws Pet Care for the first time while I was on vacation. I was very happy with the care they gave my cat and highly recommend them! I was hesitant at first, but once I met Carrie, who runs the service, and Donna, the petsitter, I realized how much they care about caring for pets! My cat, who can be skittish meeting new people, took to them right away! I got daily texts with cute pictures of my cat and once I returned home my cat seemed calm and not stressed or anxious about me being away. I love not having to worry about leaving my furry friend at home! I would definitely use Paws Pet Care again.

Wonderful experience with Paws Pet Care! I was very nervous about leaving my three cats alone for 5 days. I have a 20 year old cat that requires medication twice a day, and two 12 year old cats that are not social. Pam was wonderful with all three of them! She was even able to touch one of the cats that hides when people are int he house! I received texts and pictures of them daily, which was a wonderful way for me to know exactly how each of them was doing. I will absolutely request Pam again the next time I go out of town.
