“St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church is the fourth parish that represents a legacy of faith spanning generations. The church bears the name of the patron saint of the Bishop, Martin John Spalding. Led by the parish's inaugural pastor, a Franciscan priest hailing from Bavaria, efforts were concentrated on community organization and establishing a parish school. Within six years, the cathedral outgrew its initial structure, necessitating the enlargement of the building to its current size and configuration in the form of a cross. The church provides a welcoming atmosphere for visitors of all ages to pray and seek inner peace. The cathedral also ensures a wheelchair-accessible parking lot for visitors' comfort.”
