Southeast Christian Church has developed into a unified multisite culture. They have several campuses that meet the different needs of the areas they are based in while providing centralized instruction from the Louisville, KY Blankenbaker Campus. Senior Pastor Kyle Idleman, along with the Management Team, provides the paid staff with guidance and regular decision taking. Every weekend it has more than 21,000 in attendance using Southeast's work to help spark Christians and churches around the world. They also have dedicated prayer rooms which can be used at various times and locations during the week.

St. Stephen Church was founded in 1925. It's one of Worship's most prominent black church in Louisville Ky City. It has 10,000 members and was listed as one of America's top 100 largest churches in 2005 by Outreach Magazine. The new building was built at the location where the original St. Stephen Baptist Church building. It includes the Sunday school lectures, combined with practical preaching and instruction based on the insightful bible of Cosby.

St. Louis Bertrand is a Catholic parish in the care of the Dominican Friars in Old Louisville. The parish was founded in 1866, and in 1873 the present English Gothic Church was dedicated. The circular stained glass window depicting their Lady of Purgatory by the Lourdes Grotto (directly above the entrance to the shrine) is original to the Church. They represent people from every corner of the metropolitan area. The massive cathedrals from the early 20th century in the sanctuary and church nave were made in the Munich style.
