I had a great experience working with John on my traffic case in Albany. I’m from New Jersey and received tickets in New York, and John made the whole process very easy and stress-free. He was extremely responsive to my emails and kept me updated throughout. We had celebrated our daughter’s first birthday the day before, so getting these tickets the next day really ruined the mood, but John handled everything and took a huge weight off our shoulders. He helped get all charges reduced to zero points, avoided court fines and DMV penalties, eliminated the driver assessment penalty, and protected my driving record and insurance. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with traffic tickets in NY.
