I had a great experience working with John on my traffic case in Albany. I’m from New Jersey and received tickets in New York, and John made the whole process very easy and stress-free. He was extremely responsive to my emails and kept me updated throughout. We had celebrated our daughter’s first birthday the day before, so getting these tickets the next day really ruined the mood, but John handled everything and took a huge weight off our shoulders.
