I am from Texas and was out here in Bellingham on business. I got pulled over for dui, refused the test and was arrested. I hired David to represent me immediately upon release. This decision was made by researching local DUI lawyers and David ultimately was placed at the top of my list. I would like to personally thank David and Janean for getting me through this long and stressful year. I flew back today for court and was happy with the outcome (as happy as one could be regarding the circumstances) as it could have been much worse. David fought for me the entire way and gave me solid advice about the dos and don'ts going forward. I understand every case is different and they will all have different outcomes, but if you need an attorney that will represent you in the best possible way, then I highly suggest hiring David.

Michael got a moving traffic infraction dismissed for me and taken off my record, which was pretty important to me since I'm a semi truck driver.
