I randomly got a citation from 2011 for DUI from the state of New Mexico and Mr. O’Connell took care of it almost immediately! He not only was very professional, and efficient in his work but he got the whole case dismissed on some technicalities that I personally would've never thought of to bring up in a court of law (and of course due to the age of the case). Would highly recommend to anyone struggling in the Las Cruces and surrounding areas!! Very fast and affordable.

Kelly fought my DUI and Reckless Driving charges by holding my hand every step of the way to the point of dismissal ! I was very impressed with how he did this and I am especially happy that he is willing to discuss any of the aspect of the case with you including dismissal/defence strategies.
