Robyn Hylton Hansen is Chairman of the Employment Law Practice Group. She has vast experience managing labor and employment issues on the support of both public and private sector employers. She also manipulates contract and tort claims. From Marshall-Wythe School of Law, Robyn obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1983 and received her U.G. (B.A.. Economics & History ) College of William and Mary in 1978. On a proactive level, she assists clients in preserving and developing their employment-population by preparing employment, non-competition, and non-solicitation agreements and developing and drafting effective employment policies. Robyn also provides counsel on the business and support of employee benefit plans, including qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health benefit plans. Besides other members of the practice group, she proffers workshops, lectures, seminars, and training sessions to help employers avoid potential claims.

Jonathan H. Walker is an attorney at Mason, Mason, Walker & Hedrick, P.C. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Mason, Mason, Walker & Hedrick, P.C. in 1984 and completed his U.G. (B.A., English) from Old Dominion University in 1981. Walker admitted to the State Bar of Virginia in 1984 and admitted to The District of Columbia Bar. Joshua M. David is an attorney and partner of David Kamp & Frank LLC. He was an Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia, where he obtained his U.G. with distinction in 1994. Josh also attended law school at the University of Virginia, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1997. As a litigator, Josh has managed an umpteen caseload of commercial, employment, and other matters. He has prosecuted, and supported employment cases brought according to a variety of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and anti-harassment laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. He has worked as lead counsel in Fair Labor Standard Act collective actions, representing hundreds of employees in claims for unpaid minimum wage and overtime pay.
