“2026 Update: M. Eric Olmstead earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah College of Law in 1987 and a Bachelor of Science from Weber State University in 1982. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Southern Utah Bar Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Eric represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout all phases of the construction process, including contract formation, bonding, liens, claims, and related litigation. He also advises established businesses on a wide range of legal matters, such as contract drafting and enforcement, UCC issues, dissolutions, and collections, while assisting clients in forming and managing new entities, including LLCs and small corporations. In addition, Eric counsels and trains employers on minimizing exposure to employment-related litigation.
