“2026 Update: Michael Miller graduated in 2009 with his Juris Doctor (J.D.), earning an Area of Concentration Certificate in Employment Law with honors. He is admitted to practice in California, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of California. Mr. Miller is a member of several professional organizations, including the California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, Primerus, the Marin County Bar Association, and the San Francisco County Bar Association.
