SILVANA GIANNELLI, MD REVIEWS

Dr. Giannelli is the third Dr I’ve been to for my condition and the first one to make me truly feel heard and cared for since my diagnosis about a year ago. She was extremely thorough, taking her time to fully understand my symptoms and situation. She thought to check things that the previous two doctors hadn’t, and instead of dismissing my sensitivity to the medication, came up with things to try to lessen the negative side effects. She took her time with me in the appointment, and I didn’t feel rushed at all, which is so rare these days! On top of all of that, she was warm and personable. The office was clean and pretty. The staff was nice and I was seen almost immediately after arriving for my appointment. I truly felt like I was her only patient. A good endocrinologist can be hard to come by and I feel so grateful to have found her. After almost a year of feeling like I was on my own if I wanted to feel better, I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders. Thank you, Dr. Giannelli.

I met with Dr. Giannelli and she was absolutely amazing! If you are looking for an Endocrinologist ....LOOK NO MORE! This facility was so professional, from the Office Manager Leslie handling any questions or concerns prior to seeing the Dr. to Grace and Jessica who scheduled my appointment and welcomed me when I arrived. I was screened for Sleep Apnea and Weight Management and I cant be more excited for the Plan that has been set forth for me. Thank You again!! I recommend Dr. Giannelli 100% Oh and one other thing.. Dr. Giannelli also speaks Spanish.

I am so impressed with Dr. Giannelli. She takes her time and is so through, I never feel rushed. She is so knowledgeable and checks for things no other doctor has. I feel so taken care of. Her staff are also terrific and they call you in right away! Feel so lucky to have found Dr Giannelli.

Kind and smart doctor, great staff! The wait time IS LONG. Be aware you will be waiting for 20+ minutes regardless of appointment time. (It's because Kastoon and Bashar are Actually Good Doctors, though, and they're experienced in a bunch of endocrinologist things that other endocrinologists I've seen had no idea about. I'm not gonna blame a doctor for being popular!) Works well with insurance and tries very hard to work with patients financial needs.

The best doctor so caring he listens and he is very smart I told him about my upset stomach, I’ve been having digestive issues for so many years and he’s the only doctor that knew what is causing my stomach pain. He changed my diabetes medication I was on metformin for 8 years. Now I’m taking Januvia. Wow all my upset stomach is gone thank you dr. Saad God bless you.

Dr. Saad is awesome. He discovered my thyroid cancer 2yrs ago; he is very attentive & caring. Excellent Dr. His staff is very friendly & helpful as well.

Dr Aqeel has been treating my husband for a few years now. She is a very caring and attentive Endocrinologist. Now that his thyroid levels have normalized, we only return for routine checkups. She was truly helpful during a very trying time. We appreciate her excellent care. Her office staff is courteous as well.

Dr Aqeel has been treating me for many years. She has always investigated my symptoms thoroughly and worked hard to find answers for my medical issues. She also communicates well with my other doctors. I have not had any difficulty getting my prescriptions filled or with getting paperwork for my lab tests.

I am happy with Dr. Aqeel, when I first came to her my diabetes was out of control, and my thyroid had shut down. Dr. Aqeel explained diabetes management in terms I finally understood, in under a year my thyroid had returned to normal my A1C went from 16 to 7. I am feeling much better. She is always on time, never rushes me, her staff is outstanding, and her office is comfortable and impeccably clean. Her style is direct and to the point. She is the first to call me out on my lifestyle, and how my lifestyle affects my diabetes. Not only am I still alive, I have a much better quality of life. I can't express my gratitude enough.
