Dr. Bert Brown graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1983, and he completed a residency at the University Health Center of Pittsburgh. He currently practices at Cleveland Ear Nose Throat & Allergy Center Inc and is affiliated with Hillcrest Hospital. Dr. Brown has been practicing medicine in Cleveland for over 30 years, and he recently extended his care to the west side of town. He practices the full spectrum of care in ear nose and throat problems in children and adults and takes pride in being accessible to his patients and focusing on how their problems impact them as a whole.

Dr. Robert Lorenz graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry in 1996 and has been in practice for 23 years. He performed a residency at Cleveland Clinic Health System, and he is an innovator in laryngeal and tracheal stenosis, vocal cord paralysis, as well as laryngeal and tracheal transplantation. His special interests include performing airway reconstruction, head, and neck tumors. Dr. Lorenz has co-authored over 60 scientific articles, 12 book chapters, and delivered over 140 invited national and international lectures or papers.
