I love this office. I love them all, but I waiting over a year for this office in Cleveland on Carnegie to start accepting my insurance again. The office is clean, remodeled and very roomy but most of all it's the entire staff. So fast efficient friendly and very welcoming. The smiles are so beautiful you may get confused for being inside a dental office at first but make no mistakes about it. IT IS A VERY VERY GOOD EYE CLINIC. THANKS CLEVELAND EYE CLINIC.....once again SEE YOU NEXT YEAR.

I love this place, been going sense I was a child!! Best eye doctor around. Everyone is so nice and respectful their hospitality is unmatched! When you first walk in you’re greeted with a warm welcome! They offer so many different frames and so many cool features to your lens like tint or transition for the sun! They also have the best contacts in my opinion I don’t even notice they’re there, like I got 20/20 vision! Thank you Dr. figler, his wife, and the team!! You guys are the best.

Broadway Optical was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The receptionist was wonderful, and the entire staff was kind, helpful, and made the whole appointment feel easy and comfortable. Dr. Stephen Fialer was incredible with my children. He was patient, understanding, gentle, and so good with both of my autistic kids. I was especially nervous because one of my children is nonverbal, but he handled everything with so much care and patience that I instantly felt at ease. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye appointment, especially families with children who may need a little extra understanding and support. We had such a positive experience.

This was my first visit and it was amazing!! Everything from the actual exam to the customer service. I was well pleased leaving there today. Thank you so much for a great first time experience.

I Highly recommend the Cleveland Vision Center ..great staff that make you feel welcomed and important from start to finish answering all my questions and concerns about my eye health very fast efficient getting you in and out Great job I would give you 10 if I could.

Excellent customer service. Excellent in keepong appointment time, excellent in friendliness. Everyone had smiles and a very welcoming attitude. Very professional. I would recommend this place to everyone.That needs glasses or an eye exam.

Very clean, very friendly. Took my kids there today. The lady explained everything to them so that they understood what everything was and what they were doing. The doctor was great. My questions were answered. No long waiting time. Definitely a 5 star! Keep up the great work.
