I had a great visit with Dr. Spector today for nasal issues. He was friendly, informative, spoke in terms that I could understand (no up sale talk), recommended a product that I actually could afford, and seems to be helpful already! My appointment was given in a very timely manner, the staff was friendly and the office very clean. I highly recommend Dr. Spector!.

Dr. Spector is an amazing doctor ! Very thorough and gets back to you very quickly! We were once driving home from a scan and I got the call before we even got home ! We feel very lucky to be under his care !.

Absolutely love dr spector and his team! He squarely listens to the patients gets input and goes with what he feels is best!.

During the pat year, I lost 2 PCP'S, My orthopedics Dr's. My Ears, nose and throat not to mention all my others that left need Dartsmouth and went to the Elliot. I don't know how Dr. Zimmerman got so many negative reviews. My story is I was refferd to by my upper endoscopy Dr. To get a clearance from him for surgery. I went in to see him Tuesday and surgery was on Friday. My neurologist and surgeon also referred me to Dr. Zimmerman and if he has enough trust with his expertise and allowing him any trouble he may see. Dr. Oliviero also needed a release in shoulder and rotator cup surgery. All this happened in a period of 3 weeks. I owe him a speedy appointment time, and someone who knows how to have a practice with high work ethics. Thank you very much and I'm sure I'll be seeing you soon.

I do not understand where all these poor reviews are coming from. I can believe the customer service may be poor when it comes to scheduling, a long wait, etc. But that does not represent Dr Zimmerman at all. I’ve had five surgeries in my lifetime, and my surgery with Dr. Zimmerman was the best experience of them all. He was also the only doctor who listened and saved me from reoccurring tonsillitis by removing them. Which no other ENT would do since I was “ too old”. I am forever thankful for what Dr Zimmer did for me, and it would be your loss not to see him as your ENT.

Had surgery with Dr Zimmerman in January. I can finally breathe out of my nose for the first time that I can remember. His staff was nice and called to check on me for the next few days after the surgery.

1st time visit. He was very thorough explaining things. He performed a procedure and explain thru the hole procedure. Also did a hearing exam with the clinical personnel and both her and the doctor explain the results. Very happy I chose this facility.

Very easy to communicate with the staff and Doctors. They explained everything prior to the exam and went over everything with options for me after.

Dr Lauretano is thorough and always pleasant. He is kind, caring and attentive to patients’ needs. I feel confident in his care.
