3 Best ENT Doctors in Moreno Valley, CA

I just completed a septoplasty (repairing deviated septum) and sinus surgery with Dr Heberd. I have to say that he was excellent every step of the way. I feel he did an excellent job and my results feel great. I'm breathing much freer. He explained the process clearly was on time to my appts and is a nice guy. I like that he is not 27 or 77 years old. He seems to be at the peak of his practice, lots of experience but not close to retirement. I highly recommend him if you're considering surgery.

I needed to have a surgical procedure for a growth that I found on my neck and Dr. Hebard and his staff were very professional and did a great job with my surgery. He went through all the possibilities of what my growth could be and performed the surgery to remove it and have it tested. He was very timely and gave me the results right away. I would definitely use him in the future for any Ear, Neck and Throat surgery or medical issues that I have and would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Arruda is thorough and cares about his patients. He found a tumor on my son's skull base and was very helpful in his care throughout the entire ordeal. He still follows him and his recommendations are always spot on. This is my view as a patients mother. I also used to work with Dr Arruda in surgery and I can tell you that he is fantastic. He cares about his patients and he pays attention to all details. I took my son to him because I saw first hand how skilled he is as a surgeon. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends and I can't say that about every surgeon I've worked with. As an RN and as a patient, I believe in Dr. Arruda.

I went to another ENT provider for almost 2 years and was told basically to deal with what was happening to me and take some Benadryl. It was Dr Arruda who took the time to listen to my problem carefully and thoughtfully then made some wonderful referrals .... Where my problem was funny diagnosed. Two years later I'm on my way to a full recovery. If you're a doctor and you don't care you should probably get a job at Walmart. Dr Arruda and all of his staff were attentive thoughtful careful and successful because they seem to really care about figuring out what was going on and getting a solution.. Highly highly recommend.
