The staff was so friendly and polite. This doctor is amazing! I had been to many doctors, NP’s and PA’s and nobody got my ear to heal. I went to Dr Richards and followed on his instructions and one medication and my ear was healed in 3 days!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!.

My experience was great! Dr. Richards was very nice. He was thorough and explained each of the steps of the procedure before he began. I will definitely call him again when I need his service. The office staff were polite, helpful and friendly.
