In our first contact with Mr. Wallach, he set our minds at ease explaining the Wills and Trusts process and procedures to us. He did so by using clear and understandable terminology but, when necessary, he also used meaningful illustrations to complete the point needing clarification. In our meetings with him, he has not been condescending, but patient and genuinely concerned, like going to the family lawyer, yet always the consummate professional. He has demonstrated a keen understanding of our needs and anticipated areas of concern, taking steps to allay our anxieties. Mr. Wallach has made the entire process much smoother than we anticipated. The end products- the Wills and Trust are completed, and are as they need to be, giving us the peace of mind we sought. We used the term family in the prior paragraph, but it is not repetitious to say that, we believe, he treated us like family. When he has invited us to contact him at any time with any question or concern, we know that he is genuine about it. Based upon our experience with Mr. Wallach, absolutely we would recommend him.

He recently helped my parents with their estate planning and was very knowledgeable, explained everything in depth, and had so much patience throughout the process. He communicated the process very clearly, had flexible hours, and was very personable and thoughtful throughout.
