My Dad needed to have his will updated after my Mom passed away and my financial advisor recommended Mark Dillinger. We took care of everything in 3 meetings. The first meeting was critical. Mark was able to work with my 95 year old Dad to have him understand the best way to handle the will so that when the time comes, his heirs would would have clear instructions on how to handle the estate. The second meeting was to review the draft. And the 3rd meeting was for his signature. My Dad felt like Mark really listened to him, provided good ideas, and in the end, provided him with a quality product. Unfortunately two years later, my brother and I had to settle my Dad’s estate, but the instructions laid out in the will that Mark helped to craft enabled us to settle his estate with clarity - and in a manner that I know my Dad wanted. I highly recommend Mark Dellinger’s expertise as it relates to handling estate issues.

Attorney Mark Dellinger is our estate lawyer. He is extremely, knowledgeable, patient, and detailed. His office staff is also skilled, courteous, and helpful. Attorney Dellinger prepared, our wills, power of attorney, and health care directive for a reasonable fee. I am a retired attorney and consider myself an able judge of character.
