I attended a very informative, free webinar offered by Julianna Malis about the changing Medi-Cal asset limit rules and how my parents might be affected. Before signing up for a complimentary initial consultation afterwards, I emailed the firm a few questions to decide if I should proceed with a consultation. Julianna answered my email promptly, and I signed up for an initial consultation. During the consultation Julianna answered my many additional questions and also provided some options. I was very pleasantly surprised that she didn’t try to persuade us to use their services to set up a Medi-Cal asset protection trust, nor did she try to dissuade us from choosing a DIY option. I will definitely consider her services if we need assistance with an elder law issue in the future.

I attended the seminar that's Julianna had in Brass Bear and my wife and I were happy to receive such valuable information. We know more about the importance of having a trust...and the difference of a trust and will! She's absolutely very knowledgeable inexperienced.
