After what was one of the most profound and overwhelming weekend of my life, the first piece of advice I would tell anyone planning their wedding: Book them!. We spent a year and a half planning an incredibly detailed wedding weekend. We really wanted to create something that spoke to us as a couple in every single detail. And it was Honey and Sarah who not only took on the challenge of aiding us in the journey, but matching our passion, and executing WITH us, as if it were their own wedding, every single plan. You mention it and consider it DONE. Nothing falls through the cracks. They genuinely want to create your dreams with you. But she takes on all of your hopes and dreams for your event and makes them their own and they are so tenacious and driven to make everything perfect. Every single guest, every member of the wedding party, every vendor expressed to us their AWE in Ivory Events. From Facetime, to weekly calls to the detailed checklists, they were on top of all the details. They will help guide you to creating your vision into a reality. Honey is absolutely amazing. I planned my wedding long distance (from California) and I could not have done it without her help. First of all, her personality and can do attitude is contagious and makes every wedding planning “hiccup” seem like nothing. I loved hermeticulousness and organization- which allowed me to focus on my work while knowing that the planning was getting taken care of. She was super understanding of my time constraints given my crazy work schedule. She helped us plan the most amazing wedding. From advice about the decor, lighting, flowers, she was candid and offered much needed advice. She has vendors that she recommends because of her experience with them, but is not pushy to try to get you to sign a contract with them. I owe her my sanity for everything that she did during the week of the wedding. She coordinated all of the vendors. The schedule she created (and dispersed to everyone) allowed us to relax and enjoy the wedding and not worry about timelines and organization. I felt incredibly confident in her services. I would book her again, and again. She is fantastic. Do not hesitate.

Ivory Events specifically Honey were pivotal in making our wedding day run seamlessly! She was super easy to communicate with, met us at our venue for a walk through months before the day, led the rehearsal, and was there for the entire wedding day! She was not only the “go to” person throughout the day but she also organized all of our table’s centerpieces and placed other signs/decorations. Honey and her team are friendly and knows how to get things done! I’d hire her again in a second.

Kayla and I have worked together when organizing a company retreat for 30 participants, which included taking care of the venue, accommodation, meals and activities. Kayla had many creative ideas, showed great initiative, was always willing to take on additional tasks, established personal and professional communication and relations to the vendors and made sure the event was a great success!
