Augusta Eye MD took first place over any eye office I have ever experienced (even Cleveland Clinic!). Every staff member, beginning at the reception desk and throughout every test, Dr. Marks’ exam, and checkout occurred smoothly, pleasantly, and without a hitch. The parking spaces are nice and wide. I couldn’t remember the name of the lab that made my current contact lenses but called my Charlotte, NC, eye provider and now know that it was ABB optical, and the colored lenses Concise Colors. Dr. Marks referred me to a colleague, an optometrist, and I look forward to seeing her and getting the best vision possible. My only difficulty comes from accessing the patient portal, but I can call the office for assistance. Go Buckeyes.

I could not have been happier anywhere else other than here. Time you walk in the building, beautiful building I might add. A comfortable feeling comes over you. Wonderful nice people. The main thing stood out to me was there honesty. They didn’t money you to death. They were honest about what you really needed that you could buy more expensive stuff but you really didn’t need it.

They have a very friendly atmosphere in the office. Mr. Marks and his nurse were very nice and understanding with me. They definitely get a 5 star from me.

The whole experience was very good from the start to the moment that I walked out the door. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and very professional in how I was treated. At each step along the way each person explained what they were going to be doing, and again they were all very pleasant and professional. My journey there has just started, but because they all did their part to make me feel welcomed I have no worries as to what's going to hapoen. I would recommend the EyeGuys to everyone. Let them help you like they're helping me.

My experience at eye guys were great. Everyone knew there jobs and kept me informed of everything that was going own. I had both eyes done and the out come was great. They kept me up to date on my appointments and everything. Everyone was very friendly. This is one place I did not hate going to for my appointments. Just want to thank everyone again for their kindness. GREAT JOB.

Went to have a red somewhat swollen eye checked to ensure there was not a significant problem… Quickly seen and checked out and was ensured there was not any internal problem and it should clear up within 2 weeks… It was a pleasant peace of mind visit… Thank you Eye Guys.
