If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. They are reasonably priced, the staff and doctor were amazing. My kid cried and was so bad while I was trying to get an exam. Honestly, my fault for thinking I could bring my 1 year old and thinking he would be good lol. The receptionist came in and strolled him around the waiting room and he was completely content saying hi to everyone around. I’m so thankful to her and everyone there for being so understanding.

Dr Wood has been our family optometrist for over 20 years, Dr Wood has always given quality care, and never felt rushed through an appointment and answers all your concerns and questions. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. Thank you Dr Wood and staff for the quality care you have given myself and my family all these years!.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wood's for 15+ years. Highly recommend, the staff is always friendly and the care is second to none. DR. Wood is the best,his attention to detail is second it none, true professional and you can tell he cares about his patients.

I had an excellent experience at my recent appointment. Emily was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure to address all my concerns and explain everything clearly. The Dr. was super knowledgeable about how my autoimmune can affect my eye health overall. Briefly after, Emily noticed I was feeling a bit anxious and provided the reassurance and encouragement I needed throughout the appointment. Her enthusiasm for her work truly shines, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!.

I give this office 5 stars! As soon as we walked in we were greeted the staff is very welcoming, professional and attentive. The doctor was amazing she took the time to explain everything and was super kind. They have a children’s section in the waiting area which is so amazing keeping my little one entertained. The over all wait and process was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend!!!!.

Love coming here! The staff are all very nice! Very calm office. I have never felt rushed while at an appointment. The doctor is very informative and care about their patients. Been with them for 2 years now and always look forward to my visits. Definitely recommend the Brimhall or Gosford locations!.

Amazing glasses!! I upgraded my style today and it was worth while. Paula helped me with pricing, what glasses I want, and also helped me pick a pair of sunglasses with the different kinds of sunglass lenses. This place may be the new normal!.

I had a great experience at Bakersfield Eye Care Southwest! Everyone there was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process. They made it really easy and comfortable, and I ended up finding the perfect pair of glasses. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. I definitely recommend them!.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff do a great job! I have been trusting my eye care with their team for the past five years - never had an issue making an appointment or ordering contacts through them. I feel well taken care of.
