I recently had and appointment with Dr. Embry. and overall it was a very positive experience. Dr. Embry is an excellent optometrist-professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how attentive and detailed-orientated he was during the exam. The rest of the eyecare staff also went above and beyond. They were kind, helpful, and made the process smooth from start to finish. It's clear that patient care is a priority for the eyecare team.

I’ve been coming here for a long time and Dr. Embry has always taken great care of me. Everyone is kind, professional, and welcoming, and the office is absolutely beautiful. I’ve never had any issues with ordering contacts or billing — everything is smooth and straightforward. They’re also very pleasant and willing to work with you on payments, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend.

Always a great experience with Dr Embry. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Facilities are spotless. Dr Embry always takes time to explain things well and answers all of my questions.

I am beyond impressed and satisfied with the results of my Lasik surgery! Dr. Malitz was phenomenal and I cant believe he got my vision to 20/15 - I have been in glasses and contacts since the third grade and now I wake up seeing perfectly. His staff were some of the nicest and most patient professionals as well. The only thing I am mad about is not doing this sooner :-) Thank you Dr. Malitz you have a fan for life! Now that I can see perfect anytime you want to hang out and catch a game let me know!!.

Staff are wonderful, the patients,, caring and helpfulness is unwavering. Dr. Could use a course in manners but still skillful. Famous sometimes makes a difference in attitudes. But never forget who you pass when climbing that ladder, you may need to come back.

I have lived in seven states and Dr. Malitz is the best. The entire staff is professional and highly qualified.

This place was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One woman ( I can’t remember her name for the life of me but she’s a bit older and joked about meeting my whole family) was very patient with me while I tried on frame after frame until I could find the right pair. Still couldn’t so I bought both since the second pair is half off! She helped me narrow it down and told me which ones looked good and complimented my face. I definitely will be back. I felt welcomed and like my voice mattered. Thank you Doctor Verbeck for the experience. You helped me a lot! Most eye doctors don’t explain and show the patient about their eyes and the different parts.

I called for an appointment just a day before the actual appointment. Got in and waited just a short time. The doctor was very friendly and cordial. She was concerned and did some baseline notes to see if the problem persists.

All of your staff is amazing!! Some of the nicest people that I've ever incountered!! Thank you for everything!!.
