I went to get my eye exam done with Dr. Tharp as i needed one badly and i had broken my glasses. I arrived a few minutes late filled out my new customer information after i was greeted immediately and so warmly. I didnt wait any at all as a matter of fact I actually made them wait inadvertently as i needed to use their restroom witch was very clean. Got a few initial things like eye pressure checked , along with my pariferal vison,afterwards was kindly shown the waiting room witch i was in all of 4 more minutes. I was so amazed at how quickly i was being accomodated by the exceptional ladies in the office. Mrs. Kayla was so warm and kind and had the coolest yellow shoes! She helped me prepare for Dr. Tharp all the while we were chatting like we had known one another for years. Amazingly and literally about 3 mins after Mrs. Kayla left me feeling so welcomed Dr. Tharp with her warm and bubbly personality introduced herself and proceeded to lay the most painless perfect 20/20 vision exam on me ive ever experienced..... AMAZING WORK FROM THE TEAM! I know i dont have to look anywhere else for my eye exams! Made such an impression. I usually dread the dull drawn out process of eye doctors.. Ill never get an exam anywhere else. Thanks Dr. Tharp and company for an amazing experience! 10/10.

I have been seeing Dr.Pam Tharp for over ten years or more. She takes her time with her examines, you don’t feel rushed and she always ask if you have any questions. She gives plenty of options that are best for you. What impresses me the most is her staff. Keep up the great work! If you are looking for Great Eye Care! Dr. Pam Tharp would be a Great Place.

The doctors and staff at the Lakeland Drive location are the best. Very professional people, but even more caring and compassionate. I had cataract surgery in January and they couldn’t have made it easier. Their intake and exam professionals are very competent, while explaining everything they are doing as they go along. They take time to cover any questions you may have. Dr. Jeffries is great, and he makes sure he has answered any questions. And post surgery they make it a point to call and make sure everything is ok. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I have been going to Dr Jeffrey’s for many years for my annual checkups. . He removed my cataracts. I feel very confident with his work. I know I’m in good hands. And all of the staff are very, very good. You know you are competent hands. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

EVERYONE I saw preparing for my cataract procedures was so friendly, so knowledgeable, and went over and above to make me feel comfortable about the procedures and what to expect post-op. Dr. Jeffreys was such a professional, while being reassuring of any questions or fears I had before and after the procedures at the same time. I highly recommend EyeCare Professionals.

Dr. Dampier always makes sure I understand my diagnosis and how it affects my eyes. He and his team are very thorough and complete in their exam. He recognizes me as a returning patient from year to year and seems to really care for his patients. He called to check on me when a specialist removed my cataracts! He is awesome.

I have been coming to Dr. D since he was at Walmart! He and his staff are the best. Monica has the sweetest spirit and is so warm & inviting! Mary Ann is great & Stephen never steers you wrong! Great selection of glasses.

Got my first pair of glasses today. Dr Dampier one of the BEST. I love the text messaging system for reminding me of appointments. Thank you and your staff.
