3 Best Eye Doctors in Kent, WA

Since my optometrist's office had permanently closed, I had to find a new doctor. I went to my insurance to see who was in my network. After doing some homework, I chose Dr. Shri Yelgar at the Kent Eye Clinic. Making my first appointment was so easy. Since it was after hours, I was able to do it online. I picked a day and a time that was available. I was also able to fill out the paperwork needed online. Dr. Yelgar listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough in his work. Since he didn't know my history, he checked to see my past exams online. He had some concerns and gave me recommendations to see if there is something we could do. The staff were really nice. Chase stepped in to help me order my contacts when he saw his coworker was busy. He was nice and easy to talk to. The receptionist answered my questions and was very helpful when I needed to reschedule an appointment. Everyone has different expectations. I am happy that this office exceeded mine.

Several months ago, my opthamologist gave me a prescription for new glasses. At the same time, my husband was scheduled for very serious surgery, and it lasted 16 hours! I put off getting the new glasses until I could safely get away to have the new glasses made as my glasses insurance doesn't work for my eye doctor's optical office. I found Kent Eye Center would do the glasses. There was a wonderful selection of frames and very caring staff. Professionals, every one I met, and the designer glasses look cute! This will be my go-to place from now on!.

I walked in to get a new pair of glasses. The front office staff was very attentive. Made me an appointment to come back in in 2 days to get measured and fitted for the new glasses. Chance was so great love the attitude! Great experience, can't wait to pick up the new glasses!.

My Mother turned 100 yesterday and had an appointment. Dr. Lim treated my Mother like royalty with a cupcake complete with candles, and the whole staff singing Happy Birthday to her. She was thrilled. Mom gets great care here for which I am thankful.

Dr.Lim is the best! I’ve been coming to him for years, even though I now live in Ocean Shores. He’s very thorough, efficient, pays attention to every detail all while creating a comfortable environment. I always leave feeling confident about my eye health.
