I had a fantastic visit from beginning to end! The two staff members at the front desk were kind, knowledgeable, and full of energy! They made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. During my exam, everything was clearly explained, and everyone was super helpful and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially helping me out by checking my insurance and finding me a way that I did not have to pay for the full amount of the eye exam. Dr. Hoover‘s assistant was very nice and friendly and very clear with her instructions for the eye tests. And Doctor Hoover as always did a great job explaining everything that is going on with my eyes.

LensCrafters has state of the art equipment for examining your eyes. I liked the way you could see your old prescription versus what your new prescription will look like. Dr. Winnick is very knowledgeable and I liked his advice that he offered. I highly recommend LensCrafters in the Cherry Creek mall.

Today was my first visit to see.Dr. Mok. Prior to seeing the doctor, her assistant did several test, including a photo of the inside of your eye. I had never had that done before. That apparently is done in lieu of dilation. Which was awesome. The doctor did a very thorough exam and discussed her findings on the photograph of my eye. I am glad I had that done since I am getting older and there are some things I will need to keep track of. I will definitely be seeing Dr. Mok For my exam next year. And I would not hesitate to refer anyone to see her. She was excellent!.

Dr. Mok was extremely thorough with her explanation of the complex issues affecting my eyesight. In addition to being knowledgable, her explanations were in layman’s terms. Dr. Mok was hopeful yet realistic in encouraging Carew of my eyes. Best eye exam I have experienced!! I’m 77 and have worn glasses since I was 10.

I was greeted by Holly and she was so personable. Very friendly and she made me feel very comfortable. She was very professional. Dr. May was very thorough and gave me several options. I was able to pick out a great pair of glasses and I am very happy with my choice.

Definitely worth going here instead of the big brand mall type stores. My last exam here was much more thorough. The last few times I went to those chain stores, I got bad fitting glasses (vision-wise) and wasted money on glasses that hurt my eyes. I came here and the doctor was able to help me get proper prescription fitting glasses. I was able to try on different prescription glasses at the appointment, which I’ve never done anywhere else! (Way better than just the “which is better” vision test) They also recommended the best contacts I’ve ever worn!! Unfortunately I moved out of state but I called to ask about which brand of contacts they prescribed me and Matt was friendly and kindly looked in the system to help me. I wish I could come back here!! They’re the best!.

I had such a wonderful experience! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. The exam was thorough, and they took the time to answer all my questions. Plus, the location is super convenient and easy to find. Thank you so much!.

Very smooth visit today. Filled out the paperwork, thorough exam and ordered what we needed. Each staff member was on their game!.
