“Dr. John L. Hudson is a board-certified neurosurgeon who completed his medical degree and residency at the University of Colorado, where he also earned a Ph.D. in neuroscience and pharmacology. He serves as the Medical Director of the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit at St. Anthony Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center. Dr. John L. Hudson specializes in treating brain tumors, aneurysms, and arteriovenous malformations (AVMs). He has nearly 30 years of experience performing brain and spine surgery, including work in Level I Trauma Center settings. He utilizes Stealth surgical navigation technology, neuroendoscopy, and minimally invasive techniques to deliver precise neurosurgical care and promote faster recovery. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery at the UC Health Sciences Center. He is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for each patient, beginning with the most conservative treatment options. In addition to brain surgery, Dr. John L. Hudson provides expert spinal care and focuses on conditions affecting the nervous system, including spinal cord tumors. He is a member of the Denver Medical Society, the Colorado Neurosurgical Society, the American Medical Association, and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.”
