Dr. Turner finished her education at McAllen High School in McAllen, Texas, and achieved her bachelor's degree in mathematics from Pan American University in Edinburg, Texas. Dr. Turner started her practice at EyeMasters in Plano, Texas 1990. In collaboration with Dr. Renee Campbell, she established Lakeside Vision & Optical in Plano, Texas, in 1998 and provided exceptional patient care until 2015, when she sold the practice. Dr. Turner actively participates in several professional organizations, including the Texas Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the North East Texas Optometric Society.
