My appointment was wonderful. The whole staff was welcoming and very professional. From the check in, to the MA's, to the Dr. who answered my questions without rush. Then onto the frames area to try on what is available. It has been many years from my last appointment and the whole staff was so sweet and patient! Thank you!! Bonus...they are one of a very few open at 8am while most don't open until 9am!! .

I would recommend this clinic for their competence, follow through (better than mine-i was told to come back in six months and made it back in a year), and ability to offer appointments sooner if there is a problem. Also their selection of glass frames is delightful!.

Everyone from check in to checking out was friendly and helpful. Yoshi was very informative and thorough,as was Dr Hetzer. Great office!.

Dr. H is great, and his team are equally helpful. I had just switched insurance providers, and per usual with insurance it wasn't streamlined - the staff were super helpful to get it sorted with me before my appointment and I appreciate their help.

Dr. Heinecke is an amazing eye doctor. I called and got in the next day. He is very smart, intelligent and overall amazing. I would recommend him to everyone. There is a reason he has AMAZING 5 star reviews.

Dr. Heinecke was very patient. My two children and I came in for an eye exam together and he was amazing at navigating through all of our exams. He was also very knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. Lind is very friendly and she helped me get a much more accurate prescription than the last doctor I saw. Frame selection was a little on the smaller size but still a good selection to choose from. I didn't end up purchasing frames but the ladies working the front desk were very accommodating in trying to help me find what I like in frames. I will definitely be staying with this office.

The best eye care doctor I had in years. She honest, personable, friendly and very careful on telling me my results on my exam. I would trade her for no one else. It took me years to find a excellent eye care doctor. As far as the staff there, the young ladies are always smiling and have excellent customer service skills.

I had visited the Wauwatosa location.The Eye Care Specialist name Veronica was very professional and took care of my service that I needed.I had gone in last week to get some lenses to be put in a frame,she was so nice to me, and made sure that I had the comfortability of my glasses.Thanks Veronica.
